Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, DISCOVER and cash. We also offer CareCredit and ScratchPay as our payment plan options.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule all regular appointments with a veterinarian. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hours, or missed altogether, will be charged a missed appointment fee. Further scheduling will require a deposit prior to scheduling an exam.
Late Policy
If you will be 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, we will need to reschedule and charge a missed appointment fee. If your pet is unwell, we may be able to accommodate a drop off appointment at additional cost. Note that drop-off appointments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
